Sure I can and have been doing k's for a while.
But this "trainer" elevates my practice to more consistent in time, intensity.
I have a routine everyday. I put the trainer in a conspicuous place to remind me and then read the newspaper while doing.
I like the vibration to keep me on track.
Sure I could possibly do without it but I like/need the structure.
