Returns & Refunds
At Vevri, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please read the full terms below to understand the process and requirements.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products are exempt from our return policy, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Specific health and personal care items.
Return Process:
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not return the item to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error).
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—there may be a delay in posting.
- Contact your bank, as processing time can vary.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please email us at contact@vevri.com and send the item to 43 Wolcott St, Malden, MA 02148, United States.
Gifts:
If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.
Shipping Returns:
When returning an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you depends on where you live.
For returns of high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we aim to ensure a smooth return process, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
