Shipping Policy
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can calculate your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent out within 2 – 4 Business Days after the order is placed. Some orders may take longer (2-4 days) because of the more extended quality check, packing, handling, etc.
- Shipping time refers to when it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email. After you confirm your payment, order processing begins. If you want to modify your order, please get in touch with us within 12 hours.
* The delivery time is estimated and starts from the order date; it may take longer than expected due to a problem with the delivery address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Tracking code:
We email our customers a tracking number for all orders. Customers can also track their parcels on our website.
Unsuccessful delivery attempt:
The package is returned to the local post office closest to your delivery address and can be picked up there.
You must contact your local post office to arrange a pickup, or sometimes they may offer to schedule another delivery attempt.
Shipping to P.O. boxes:
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should review their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Further recommendations for ease of shipping:
- Please use types of internationally understood font for addresses and other contact information. Avoid any typography using the glyph.
- If you send this to a business address, please enter the company information under the “Company” field and insert “ATTN:” followed by your name.
All items are subject to review for admissibility into any country outside the United States by the respective border services agency. Once an item clears all regulatory processes, it is delivered to a local shipping company. Delivery time depends on the product and the distance to its destination.
Multiple shipments may arrive in separate packages as some items require longer production time.
We suggest signing up for email notifications from your local shipping company to receive delivery status updates and be notified if you owe duty and taxes for this item.
